Discussed the August get together at the Drake Restaurant. The event had a small number of attendees but association did receive 1 new membership application and 3 annual renewals during the event.
Amy has talked with Mike Shinn who has been in conact with Kyle Jackson. Kyle thinks we may need to do Articles of Incorporation for the 501C3 scholarship funds as well as a seperate goverment board.
We need to email class reps and ask them to email or contact their classmates to let them know about the upcoming homecoming event at TRAX on October 1st.
We received $1057 from the raffel sales from the city of West Burlington from the 4th of July celebration.
Next meeting is scheduled for Sept. 9th. Amy will email a reminder to everyone. Final details of the October Homecoming event to be discussed.
